The room was clean and well kept, with everything needed for a comfortable stay and no odd odors. The lock on the front door doesn’t fit tightly; even a slight draft makes the door bang.

Приветливая девушка на ресепшн. Грустная гостиница: берут депозит на случай порчи имущества, доп подушку попросил не дали, парковка платная рядом, окна на АЗС выходили, ночью в соседнем номере женщина кричала - было либо очень плохо, либо очень хорошо, до ночи и с утра движуха в коридоре шумная, питьевой воды нет в номере, чайника тоже нет в номере. При этом цена ни 15-20 тыс тенге, на которые она тянет. В других регионах за почти 30 тыс номера и сервис прямо значительно лучше

The location and the basic 3‑star facilities were adequate, but there was no elevator, ongoing renovations caused noise and a paint smell, and the penalty system for minor issues was annoying.
