“Bad bad experience”

The blonde receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The listing promised parking, but there wasn’t enough space for guests. When I asked at check‑in, the man at reception pointed out parking spots that were far too small and offered no alternative. At check‑out, the same rude blonde woman repeatedly complained about our parking, mentioned “the police” without explanation, and kept insisting “no parking.” I have never felt so unwelcome in any accommodation. The room smelled like sewage, wasn’t cleaned properly, and the floor had dirt that stuck to your feet. The overall experience was terrible. There is a coffee machine in the room but it costs €1,50 per capsule. There is a stove but no utensils or pots. Bad experience.

Friendly reception. Dinner was a decent choice, breakfast was also decent, and the bathroom was fine and clean.

The location was okay and the breakfast was fine. We booked a Junior Suite but received a very small double room, and we paid 152,37 instead of 179,92 – still too much for the room. The hotel had a water damage issue that we would have liked to know about earlier. A construction site blocked the parking, which was fully announced, and we would have liked to know that beforehand too.

“Schön am Wald gelegen...”

The hotel itself is very nice, and we had a very good breakfast. The location is excellent, and the “Hercules” etc. are easily reachable. Our room was under the roof and there was no elevator, which was very inconvenient with a lot of luggage.

The room and bathroom were good, but there was no parking and breakfast was not included in the price.
