Everything here was incredible. It was easy to find from the main road and perfect for exploring Aso. The staff were friendly and kind, and all of the facilities, like the room and private hot spring were clean and beautiful. The food was so amazing. I requested a vegetarian meal in advance, and the hotel responded that it was no trouble at all. Everything for breakfast and dinner was prepared beautifully and deliciously. My stay here was so relaxing. I'd love to come back some day. I don't think there's anything I would change about this place

The open-air hot spring in the room was great, and above all, the food was delicious. No complaints.
