The host’s welcome was very warm and pleasant. He took the time to translate documents into French and explained everything clearly. The house’s size was excellent, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and very clean. The bedroom’s size was also great. The host warned us about bed bugs in the property, and we ended up finding about thirty of them in our room. We had to open the curtains wide because they were tucked in the folds. A deodorizing bomb was in the room, and at dawn we could hear it buzzing, which was unpleasant. It’s a real shame because otherwise the accommodation was perfect.

“Clean, beautiful hostel in a peaceful neighborhood”

It’s close to some wonderful tourist spots yet quiet and cozy. The only downside is that it’s far from convenient stores.

The facilities were amazing, all brand new and spotless, with pretty large rooms, a great shared kitchen, and a helpful host. Nothing to complain about.

The bus stop is nearby, making travel convenient. However, there are few buses from Jōhata Station to the hotel, so you have to wait a long time.
