Green Leaf Guest House - Omadhoo

A great guesthouse in a very central location with lovely staff who were always ready to help. The attached restaurant was also very good; we ate there several times. The excursions were beautiful and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Green Leaf Guesthouse and were completely satisfied! We especially want to highlight the warm and friendly nature of the staff. The manager and the whole team were very attentive and took care of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had half‑board and were thrilled with the food. The menu was varied and everything was very tasty. The excursions were also beautiful and were organized excellently. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Communication was flawless at all times and transport was arranged without any problems for us. We felt completely comfortable and wholeheartedly recommend the Green Leaf Guesthouse!

I booked this guesthouse because of the glowing reviews, but the experience fell short. The camera was comfortable and well arranged, yet the owner was absent and left the place in the hands of disappointing male staff. A mute deaf man kept disturbing us, the kitchen was filthy, and the food was low‑quality—my daughter and I even got food poisoning. They promised excursions, but when the weather was supposedly unsuitable they canceled, while other hotels were still offering trips. We ended up bored and now we’re in Dhigurah, where the vibe is completely different. The cheaper hotel on the island has cleaner, better food, is run by women, and offers many excursions. The only downside is that we still need to recover from the food poisoning.

The place is very welcoming, clean, and close to Bikini Beach, with a great restaurant. What really makes it stand out are the staff—friendly, super helpful, and professional. It was a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

The staff was incredibly kind. For my partner’s birthday they arranged a beach dinner and a delicious cake, and they even gave us free snorkeling gear. We stayed with all‑inclusive meals, and the food was plentiful and excellent. The only drawback was the proximity to the mosque.
