Everything! The A/C unit.

The hotel sits a bit off a busy street, which is nice, but the bathroom was a mess with hair from the previous guest everywhere, a broken door, and broken bath fixtures, plus a strong cannabis smell throughout. Breakfast was basically nonexistent—just coffee and cereal, even though other motels without breakfast still offered those.

The place is close to the site we were visiting, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the breakfast could have been better.
