The pool is next to the room and the room is super large. Maybe the pool needs more maintenance and a bit more general cleaning.

The spot is perfect—quiet side street in a nice residential area but still very close to the Old City’s action. Walking to restaurants, cafés, and the lively markets near Chiang Mai Gate is effortless, making exploration smooth. The hotel itself has beautiful traditional Lanna charm and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well‑maintained. My only small issue was the bedding: the mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, so if you like a firmer bed keep that in mind. Overall it’s a fantastic, peaceful base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I’d definitely recommend it for its location and neighborhood vibe alone!
