The spot was fantastic and made city exploration easy; the room was roomy with a gorgeous canal view. The only downside was the stairs – no elevator, but we were able-bodied so it didn’t bother us, and they warned us beforehand.

The location was fine. The beds were very uncomfortable; they split apart in the middle, making for a very uneasy night. The stairs to the upper floor were dangerously steep, curved, and narrow.

The shower was nice. Two of the four beds were pull‑out beds that were not comfortable at all. The room was very warm and we couldn’t adjust the heating ourselves; opening the window was impossible because of the loud outside noise. The building itself was also crooked, so we lay at an angle in bed, and the shower door would close automatically because of the slanted structure.
