The staff who helped me were very attentive, and the location is excellent, but the room has no windows—only a small one in the bathroom. It would be helpful to mention or show this in photos so guests know they’re paying a high price for a windowless room.

The location was fine, but the bathroom was far from the room. They have two properties with the same name, and we arrived at the wrong one; they should clarify this during booking.

La ubicación está bien, cerca de Gran Via y de Callao. Aunque el hostal tiene tela. una vez dentro de la habitación es aceptable. La señora que nos atendió fue muy amable. El hostal tiene una entrada que da miedo literal, tienes que entrar por un portal con puntales y subir unas 3 plantas por unas escaleras súper antiguas. No lo recomiendo si llevas bastante equipaje o para gente mayor
