The beds were comfortable, but the hotel is for transit guests; the rooms were cozy yet not spotless, breakfast was poor, the pool was full of icy water because it wasn’t working, and the jacuzzi was empty.

It was right off the main road, but the place was absolutely disgusting: the floor was littered with French fries from the previous tenant, the sheets hadn’t been washed, the front‑desk lady was sassy and rude, and the breakfast was half‑cooked—definitely not returning.

The staff were really good, and the lobby and breakfast were also good.

The location and breakfast were good, but the toilet in our bedroom wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk and nothing was done. We had to use the lobby toilet two floors below. When we went back to the front desk, the day manager said there was no maintenance staff on weekends and that she would go up to the room to fix the valve, which never happened. They also wouldn’t give us a different room.

The breakfast attendant needs more training. He was standing in the back room doing nothing while all the tables were dirty. Coffee and hot breakfast items were empty, so you had to ask him for refills. The breakfast itself was good, though.
