Easy to enter, clear instructions. The location is inconvenient; although it’s near the main street, you have to park in yards that have no spots during the day. The entire building is under renovation, so finding your way around is quite complicated and you have to navigate the whole property.

Around the area there were construction sites all the time. Waking up in the morning to tractor noise was a small pleasure. (After booking, I was told that construction was happening and given only 15 min (!!!) from the message arrival to cancel the reservation.) The shower was a disaster, with corners full of mice—so many of them. The toilet area with the shower was even worse. I’d recommend wearing rubber slippers if you decide to stay there.

“Worst experience ever! Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this experience.”

I paid €105 for a single night in a room surrounded by apartment blocks, while the building itself was under renovation. Construction work surrounded the building, with scaffolding directly outside the room windows and materials everywhere. My ground‑floor room had workers right outside the windows drilling, hammering, and shouting loudly. It was absolutely awful and completely unacceptable for a room costing €105 per night. Guests should be clearly informed about ongoing construction before booking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, and the room felt cozy; the building is in a neighborhood close to the city center.
