The hotel sent a free shuttle to Luxor station, and every staff member stepped in to help with luggage, a welcome drink, and the rental bike I’d requested beforehand. I couldn’t find the right moment to give a tip because they kept swapping shifts, but the early arrival was handled smoothly and I was checked in right away. The room itself lacks a fridge, yet there’s a shared one outside the room that I used, and the toilet is separate from the room, with an additional one in the hallway. When the owner wasn’t present, the response was a little delayed, but the rest of the team was friendly enough that it didn’t bother me.

Owner Hassan speaks Japanese and is incredibly reliable. If you need help with travel plans, he can sort anything out. He even cooked dinner to our liking and took us to a belly dance show just a two‑minute walk away. All the staff are friendly. I enjoyed chatting in broken English in the lobby with a translation app. The facilities and cleanliness are not on par with luxury hotels, but as an economy option, there are no issues.

The Japanese‑speaking owner was not available, but the front desk staff always connected me by phone, which was reassuring. The half‑day tour near Luxor was cheaper than the market rate and a real help. No tips were requested. I’d use it again when visiting Luxor. I missed breakfast because the departure was very early.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Jimmy and Mohamed for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference and made our experience even more memorable. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the amazing sights of Luxor. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor. Thank you to the entire team, especially Jimmy and Mohamed, for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back! Nothing else to add.
