Breakfast is good, but when I booked I didn’t see the clear notice that the pool was under maintenance, so I booked anyway; it would be great if that important info were shown to me.

The staff are friendly and approachable, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious.

The rooms were really good and the facilities were excellent. The check‑in desk and housekeeping were great, so I gave them compliments. Parking was fine. Breakfast was also really good, but the restaurant was understaffed during a very busy weekend, causing people to wait for tables while no one cleaned the empty ones. The staff stayed friendly and calm, and I suggested adding two extra staff members just for clearing tables.

It was handy being close to the shopping area, though the hotel sat down a fairly deep side street.
