The location was quiet, with little noise and no drafts thanks to good windows. The host, who spoke German, was friendly and helpful. The superior apartment was spacious, with plenty of dishes and pots, and we could safely store our bikes in the lobby.

It’s in a quiet street opposite a police station, with the option to park in a closed courtyard. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is spacious, and I’ve stayed here multiple times. I highly recommend it.

The location is quiet, close to public transport, and groceries are just a short walk (under 20 minutes, a kind Vietnamese woman is willing to help). The city center is a 25‑minute walk, which is slow but great for a leisurely stroll. It’s suitable for Aquapark, IQ Park, and IQLANDIA. Parking is available on the property behind the gate, and the owner is helpful. Nothing to complain about; it matches the price and expectations.
