The room was very comfortable, housekeeping came daily, breakfast was hearty and tasty, the gym was good, and a nice beach was nearby, though restaurants and shops were relatively far.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the staff’s attitude and customer service were extremely poor. The hair dryer was provided without its bag, yet we were accused of taking the missing bag and charged 600 Thai baht for it. It was unfair and unacceptable to charge guests for an item that was not provided in the first place. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant due to the poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and unfair treatment. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again

“Parfait !”

Everything! This is the hotel I go to in Kamala and it’s the best! It would just help to have a bit more sweet for breakfast, otherwise it’s already very filling!
