Good location. We got there at 8 pm, the room wasn’t ready – the mattress was wedged against the wall and there were garbage bags in the room, even though we had checked in 5 hours earlier. They swapped rooms, but it felt like a hassle to them.

The staff were very friendly. The room was cramped, breakfast was packed and most items weren’t restocked, leaving us with very few choices – we only managed a bagel. There was no tissue in the bathroom, the microwave didn’t work, and the worst part was finding someone else’s underwear in the safety box.

Breakfast was a nice bonus while traveling. The only downside was the location of our room.

Bathroom issue: water kept flowing from the washroom into the sink area while bathing.
