The staff were amazing, customer service was excellent, bedding was fabulous, and the view over the Han River was great. I couldn’t stay there longer! Yes I will return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wink! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows felt like butter. I slept so well every night, which says a lot because I'm a light sleeper. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, which made the room feel quiet and peaceful. The river view from my room was absolutely beautiful, and I loved having the rooftop pool to relax and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options, and I appreciated the complimentary drinking water, coffee, tea, and in-room kettle. The self-service laundry facilities were also a huge plus, especially for someone traveling for an extended period. The machines were convenient and easy to use. The room was clean and well maintained, with fresh towels and housekeeping service each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the hotel's location along the Han River, with convenient access to restaurants and other attractions. Overall, Wink was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotels I've stayed at during my travels in Vietnam. I would happily stay here again!. The layout of the bed and desk felt a little awkward. The bathroom could also use some improvements, particularly the shower, which was oddly positioned and difficult to avoid standing directly under when turning it on. The sink also had fairly weak water pressure. These were minor inconveniences, though, and I really enjoyed everything else about my stay

Location, view, all facilities nearby, the security guard downstairs and food! The staff were average. It took time to get luggage and I finally did it myself.
