We stayed just one night and it was excellent: a spacious, comfy room with great facilities and staff who were lovely, helpful, and went the extra mile. The location was close to Lisbon sights and the area had nice cafés and restaurants, though we used Uber instead of walking, which I prefer. Overall, a beautiful neighborhood.

The room was very comfortable—our stay was in Forest—quiet, spotless, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Thomas stood out for his responsiveness and friendliness. The room had great details, even providing hair straighteners. The communal areas downstairs, inside and out, were well presented. This relaxed yet luxurious hotel is close to Santos, where many great restaurants and bars are located. The roof terrace is lovely but not as polished as the rest of the property, though the view is great.

Breakfast is plentiful and tailored to personal preferences, served by staff rather than a buffet. The young staff are very friendly, and a tram stop is just around the corner, making it easy to explore Lisbon.
