This charming boutique hotel offers stunning views of Punta Arenas, a fantastic team, and an excellent restaurant, but construction is ongoing, making luggage handling and parking a hassle; the staff, however, will help you navigate the situation.

The hotel sits in a historic building, nicely decorated with good facilities. Its location is great, close to Mirador Cerro de La Cruz, from where you get a lovely city view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The kitchen stands out, combining variety and quality. Everything is very tasty. However, the hotel has no parking. The bathroom is small and lacks space for personal items. The shower had a cracked glass and water leakage due to poor waterproofing, and the ongoing construction really spoiled the experience. The entrance was dirty, noisy, and we couldn’t access the apartment balcony because workers were right in front of it.
