The kids’ area, the recreation staff, and the other workers at the lodge made the stay excellent, especially with the great kids’ space and game room—perfect for couples with children.

The heated pool was nice and functional, but otherwise there was nothing else to note.

The facilities, the team, the well‑ventilated room, the food, the breakfast, the kids’ recreation, the pool, and the bar area were all very cozy. The outdoor space was well maintained and heavily wooded, and the bonus of seeing monkeys and birds added to the charm. I liked almost everything, but the pool area could use some extra toys for kids, like a slide, a sprinkler, or a water slide.

The staff were courteous, the rooms were spacious, and the lodge’s attractions were appealing. Breakfast was well supplied, and the location is great. The mattress was too soft for my taste. What bothers me most is that at every stay I have to request the receipt for the amounts paid and persistently follow up via WhatsApp and email for its issuance and delivery, which is quite unpleasant.
