The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, heated pool, children's pool, fitness centre, sauna, and hot tub. A continental buffet breakfast is served daily, and free on-site parking is available near Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport and attractions like Zoo Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Parking was convenient. The pool water was foamy.

Check in was easy. At first glance the room looked decent for the amount spent. Room had free Wifi, iron, microwave, and fridge. They only offered hand soap, but no extras like shampoo, conditioner, etc. There are two floors, and no elevator on the property. Booked a 2 night stay and wanted a full refund because we discovered bed bugs when we were about to go to bed!! The hotel would only refund one night stating it's policy to charge a full day if you are at the hotel for over an hour. I think bed bugs override that policy. They did offer another room, but no way were we staying there. The attendant told us to contact management about "possibly" getting a full refund. Haven't had success with that so far. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk!

Eileen at the front desk was friendly, professional, and accommodating at check‑in, but everything else fell apart afterward. The staff on duty after she left were rude. The pool sign said it opened at 10, yet they claimed it was closed at 9. All the AC units in the indoor pool area were broken or had their knobs removed, so we couldn’t use them, and the ventilation was almost nonexistent, making the air feel heavy. Breakfast was tough for a single person to keep up with. The facilities were outdated; the AC knobs were broken, the unit itself was rusty, and the washer had a mildew smell and required two cycles to dry our clothes.
