The staff decorated my room nicely for my birthday and the front‑desk team were wonderful, but I couldn’t understand the doorman—he never greeted us or said hello, just opened the door. If a doorman is present, he should be friendly.

We stayed at this hotel while heading to the theatre, dinner, and a John Lewis Oxford Street cooking class; everything was within walking distance, making the location brilliant. Gail’s café next door is perfect for an early‑morning coffee, and there’s plenty of dining and shopping around Oxford Street and Regent Street. This was my second visit, and I would definitely book again.

La ubicación de hoteles es excelente y su personal súper atento. Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas. Ademas el primer día a las 2 am saltó la alama de incendios y nos dio un gran susto. Y al día siguiente no había agua caliente. Aunque lo solucionaros en breve no los dieron ninguna explicación. La limpieza tampoco era muy buena y el personal de planta estaba todos los días sentados en nuestra escalera charlando
