“It was a horrible stay and will not go back there again.”

At check‑in the staff argued about how many people I paid for, even though it was on the reservation. The office smelled awful. We were given a key and a room, but when we opened it there were already a couple having sex inside. We had to go to the front desk and change rooms. Breakfast was just a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. They also told us not to ask for extra covers, towels or laundry because they didn’t have them. The whole experience was horrible, and the pool was green and not swimmable.

“Cheap I guess you get what you paid for.”

The price was good and the location convenient. However, the place wasn’t very clean—bathroom sink and tub weren’t wiped, dirt remained on the floor. The A/C failed at night: setting it to 68 would let the room rise to 80 before it kicked on, then it ran for only 2 minutes and shut off for 45 minutes; I had to toggle it off and on again for it to work. The front panel even fell off. I went to the office the next morning and asked for a different room; they promised to fix it, saying we could return that night to have it repaired. I came back late that night and found the front taped with Gorilla tape and the same issue persisted. No one was at the desk. I left early the next morning. The management and maintenance need improvement.

The rooms were quiet, spotless, and a waffle house sat right next door.

The bed was made, fresh towels were provided, and garbage was taken out daily.

Privacy was good and the swimming pool was great. Nothing else to note.
