The place was awful – no front desk, trash everywhere, people peeing in the public walkway right in front of kids, smoking inside the pool area, and loud yelling all night.

I liked the location of the property, but the bugs and dustiness were a problem.

The lady at the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly, and beach access was right through the pool area, but there was no elevator, so a handicapped guest would have to use a lower floor.

There was nothing good to say. No handicap‑accessible rooms, the room was on the second floor with no elevator, I couldn’t climb the stairs, and no other rooms were available.

The only good thing is its location, but the hotel is no longer habitable and needs remodeling; I cancelled and have not received my refund.
