“Scam property.”
Nothing to say about positives. The whole thing feels like a room in someone’s house; I had no idea Booking was now offering shared Craigslist‑style lodging. I’ll have to search Craigslist for better options—Booking was a terrible choice. The guy just lists his room and then hangs out with you. It’s unbelievable that this is allowed on a hotel site; he apparently wants you to cancel so he can scam you and get free money.
“Exceeded our expectations”
The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the host was exceptionally nice and gave great restaurant recommendations.
It’s comfortable and clean, the location is very good. I will definitely stay here again and it will always be my first choice in Mobile. All great.
Always my first choice when I’m in Mobile.
Everything was very well cared for and clean; we have no complaints. Jim provides excellent reception for his guests.
