They are pet‑friendly, parking is ample, and the facilities are good, but it would be better to have water refill stations on each floor; if the bottle we get runs out we have to go down to the lobby to refill. I could never get through to reception even when I called from my phone, they gave me an extension but the call never connected and I had to go down. The pillows are super small and very soft.
