I had booked the hotel months ahead and received a confirmation with a check‑in time for the day I was supposed to arrive. When I got there, they had no room for me and told me I couldn’t stay. I had to find new accommodation and the price jumped by $300 a night because of the last‑minute change. They were completely unhelpful.

I want to formally complain about the attitude and customer service of one of your employees. I don’t know the employee’s name, but I know they were on the night shift that day wearing a white dress shirt. Their attitude toward customers was very unpleasant and unprofessional, with a rude, curt, and disrespectful tone. There was no greeting, no “thank you,” and no basic courtesy when communicating with guests. The employee’s facial expressions and overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand night shifts can be tiring, but that doesn’t justify such disrespect. Good customer service should include basic politeness, respect, and professionalism. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue appropriately. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint.

Two night stay. Room good and clean plus unexpectedly our room was serviced automatically. Once again we were surprised by how good the breakfast was. Not 5* but definitely exceeded expectations. Nothing

The location is good. The hotel feels outdated but still clean, and the bed is comfortable.
