A family business run with heart and professionalism, exactly what one hopes for; the owners were very nice, flexible, and helpful; everything was very clean; the homemade scrambled eggs at breakfast used eggs from the local village; the village itself was beautiful, quiet, and authentic, with a long tradition.

We booked two rooms, one privately, for a family celebration and wanted to skip the nightly cleaning for both nights, which was fine. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and spotless, and the service was excellent with a generous breakfast. Unfortunately there were no “Do not disturb” signs on the doors, which was a bit of a let‑down.

At Hotel Lindenhof we were greeted warmly and the rooms were tastefully decorated. After asking, we were able to check in early and move into our room. The breakfast was good, but the mattresses felt too soft for us, and the fruit salad was missing from the spread.

The stay was pleasant in a quiet setting, with nice rooms and lovely bathrooms. The food at the restaurant was superb, and in summer you can relax in the outdoor area. The owners were friendly, and we’re definitely coming back! There was nothing negative to mention.

The family running the place was very friendly and everyone worked together. The food was very good. We only stayed one night because it was a layover.
