Francesco and his wife Rosella were exceptionally welcoming, our room was perfect, breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day before we hiked the KCTC, they even provided two water bottles for the trek, the cat “pirata” was friendly and liked our pets, and we definitely recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night, but the welcome was warm and the breakfast was generous and tasty, making us feel right at home far from Soverato’s bustle. The only downside I could spot was that the towels were made of sponge rather than cotton, which felt a bit stiff, though it’s just a minor detail.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday: the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and spotless, there was a large parking lot and an outdoor area with tables that could also be used for breakfast, and the location was just a few minutes from the sea. Nothing to report.

The property is close to Soverato and includes parking and breakfast. The room is roomy, cool, and the mattresses are comfortable. It’s about 2 km on foot from Montepaone Lido, which is also reachable on foot. The owners are helpful. The basic breakfast offers croissants, donuts, and cappuccino. The room’s cleanliness and the towels need improvement.
