The breakfast was remarkable both in size and quality—homemade bread, assorted sausages, all kinds of spreads and toppings, plus a wide range of hot and especially cold drinks; however, some rooms on the parking side can be a bit noisy when other guests are chatting loudly on the terrace or moving to and from the parking area.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were basic, sparse, hot, and stuffy. The hosts seemed indifferent to guest comfort; in 90‑degree temps they wouldn’t even open a window. The restaurant offered nothing for non‑meat eaters. The town has only a castle, so you’d have to drive 15–20 minutes for a meal or a decent cup of coffee. A coffee machine in the room used cheap generic pods that made awful coffee. The hotel is non‑smoking, yet cigarette smoke drifted into our room regularly because the owners’ apartment was right next to ours. The most unpleasant part: we booked online and the website and confirmation said check‑in was at 7 pm, but checkout was nowhere mentioned except on a 12‑point‑font card tucked between the beds, which the host aggressively pointed out after verbally abusing our family. At 10 am the host came banging on the door like she had a warrant, screamed at my daughters who explained we didn’t know checkout was at 10, and insisted we needed to leave by noon. We packed as fast as we could, but not fast enough for this not‑so‑charming lady… she returned with her warrant and continued to be foul. Don’t stay here… honestly, so much better can be had.

The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The rooms were clean. For motorbike riders and drivers everything you need after a tour is available. 🙂

The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the place felt personal and family‑like – everything was perfect.

The hotel sits in a modern residential area yet still offers a nice view, the room had been refurbished and the innkeeper was very attentive; the food was earnest but rustic, leaving almost no vegetarian options.
