The staff were very friendly, the location pretty, everything tidy. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, too firm. The lights on the switches were a bit annoying at night.

The staff were very helpful, and the room and all hotel facilities were in excellent condition! Breakfast was superb, tasty, and the personal service was efficient and pleasant. Dinner was also delicious, though it was priced high. The pool was great and heated. The gym equipment quality was excellent and fun to use. The hotel’s location is beautiful, Romania feels blessed with lovely nature. On the downside, the hotel offers activities like paddle‑boarding, boats, and kayaking, but they don’t advertise that the route is the shortest (15 min activity). There was a strange drop in the room that made it uncomfortable, which I didn’t like.
