The hotel met the basic need of providing a place to sleep for one night, but I was surprised to find no air‑conditioning or mosquito nets in the room, and there were plenty of mosquitoes, making the night unpleasant. The TV was in bad shape, with visible scratches on the screen and a very pale picture, as if it was about to break. The electric‑car charging station was under repair, which was inconvenient because I was relying on it during the trip.

Unacceptable hygiene and a dismissive attitude The owner gave us a room that had not been cleaned, with a bed that had clearly already been used. The sheets and pillowcases had not been changed, and there were hairs left on the sheets from previous guests. There were also used towels in the bathroom. When we complained about these issues, the owner simply laughed them off, showed no concern and did not even apologise. This dismissive attitude made an already unpleasant experience even worse. The owner also took our passports for registration and did not return them immediately, which made us uncomfortable. My advice to future guests is to ask for your passports back immediately after registration and not leave them with the owner until the following day. Based on the poor hygiene and the way our complaints were handled, I would not recommend this accommodation
The accommodation was clean and cozy, with a balcony and friendly staff; it’s a bit up in the mountains. The room’s equipment was lacking – no fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery, or even a bowl. We were glad it was cold at night so we could keep food outside on the balcony. I’m not sure about other rooms, but if you plan to bring your own food for a longer stay, you should be cautious. We would definitely appreciate at least a fridge and cutlery.
