“Beautiful location and facilities unfortunately led down by bad staff experience.”

The facilities were excellent, the view was breathtaking, and breakfast was tasty. Unfortunately, I had booked a wine tasting for my husband’s birthday weeks earlier, and when we arrived the team seemed surprised and unprepared, making us feel like a nuisance. We eventually had the tasting, but I had also requested a winery tour, which they ignored, leaving a sour note on the whole visit. We were forced to dine outdoors in cold, windy weather because of other dinner parties that weren’t privatized.

The surroundings were gorgeous, and I appreciated the hotel’s architecture and layout. The breakfast was underwhelming with a very limited menu, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned; both the blanket and bedsheets were dirty.

“Comfortable vineyard stay”

This was probably the nicest place we stayed in Georgia. Huge room with separate living area and balcony overlooking the vineyard. Nice pool in the grounds, and great restaurant on site where we also did wine tasting. Would happily stay again. Not immediately obvious which was the hotel and which was the wine tasting complex - maybe needs one or two more signs
