“Pleasant enough”
The room was comfortable enough, the front desk staff were helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. I booked this hotel specifically for its gym, but it was closed for maintenance while I was there. The spa staff were noisy, so it wasn’t relaxing; the sauna wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after opening at 1100, which rushed my checkout. There was a water fault and I had no hot water for my shower that day. Overall the rooms were clean, but the bathroom needed work. This would not be considered a four‑star hotel in the UK.
