The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. I also felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bed sheets were dirty, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. The overall hygiene and cleanliness need improvement

The place was extremely dirty; I was moved to another hotel because of the filth, and they wouldn’t refund me for the two nights I paid, losing RS.900. The room smelled of urine and the bathroom stank.
