Amenities were great. It was beautiful. Good location staff nice food good . Expensive I was ripped off booking .com charged me 358 w tax my friend for same room paid 150! Also our beds were small full beds they should be queens too small and the pillow cases smelled not washed like someone slept there and they didn’t clean . Would like a partial refund

Overall, everything was fine, but the reception lady was excellent; however, the staff needed more attention.

The location, spacious room, accommodating staff, cleanliness, and amenities were all great, but there was a noticeable mold in the lobby, likely from recent flooding and rain, which hopefully will be fixed soon; the room itself had no mold.

The hotel manager was the best ever, the location was great, parking was convenient, and the bar and restaurant were fun—nothing negative.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and every staff member we interacted with was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that the restaurant (the Hub) is only open from 11am to 11pm, so I would have liked a sit‑down option for breakfast. There is a Starbucks on site with breakfast food options.
