The location and the private parking were definite pluses, yet the soundproofing was very poor, there was no complimentary water in the room, and the breakfast was monotonous.

The hotel was modern and thoughtfully designed, with many floors sloped instead of stairs, making it easy to move luggage. Everyone on the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and there were plenty of outlets in the room. I couldn't find any drawbacks; I just wish we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh, tasty options that were well presented and regularly restocked—a great way to start the day. Some staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating, and at times the hotel seemed more tailored to local guests, showing limited understanding of international tourists' needs and expectations.

The Loly Hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, with spotless cleanliness throughout the bedroom and all areas, and the staff—especially Miguel—were very helpful. I plan to return and strongly recommend it to couples.
