The room was really nice and had a balcony. The reception staff, even though they let us check in early, were rather surly, and an intimidating boy sat in the lounge all the time.

The spot is excellent; everything is within walking distance. It’s clean and functional for travelers who spend most of the day outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly at all times. The internet worked well. The place is charming, yet there’s visible neglect—peeling wallpaper and similar issues. Towels are clean and replaced daily, but some are faded and half‑torn.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the city’s culinary and cultural life. The ladies in service were very pleasant. Staying at the hotel left very pleasant impressions! The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, yet the hotel is a bit hidden from the bustle, letting you enjoy peace and quiet. The staff are very hospitable, attentive, and friendly, making you feel welcome. Breakfast deserves special mention—delicious, varied, especially pleasant on the terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the city. It’s a great place to start the day in a cozy atmosphere and enjoy the city’s beauty. We’d love to stay again and recommend it to anyone who values comfort, hospitality, and a good location.

The location was the main reason I chose this place, especially because I had three different tours that started from or near Old Town Tbilisi. Housekeeping was consistent, the bathroom was acceptably clean, and the Wi‑Fi met my expectations. I booked before seeing the very poor recent reviews, and I can confirm they’re accurate. The biggest issue is that the place needs a major renovation: carpets and curtains are worn and dirty, the AC barely kept the room cool, and the electricity cut out twice, forcing the hotel to use backup generators. Breakfast was basic, and unlike other reviewers I didn’t mind—until I had chicken in rice that I strongly suspect caused food poisoning.
