The room was very clean, with a good mattress and pillows, and nothing was missing; free water bottles were provided in the minibar, Wi‑Fi was available. For a single night it didn’t bother us, though the view was just a narrow alley and there was no noise.

Italian breakfast (croissant/flatbread and a hot drink) at a nearby café. Take‑away was arranged on the morning of departure (starting at 6 am). The apartment is right in the heart of Sanremo, and the nearest beach is just a short walk.
