The place sits in a beautiful garden, and the room was lovely. The host was friendly and attentive, and the special vegan breakfast—some of it homemade, with pickled veggies, hummus, and freshly baked bread—was a wonderful way to start the day!

The location is very peaceful, essentially in nature, about 11 km from Cefalu’s center. The view is amazing, the place is super clean and has everything you need. Parking is free. Most importantly, the host Oskar is kind, helpful, and prepares a lovely vegan‑friendly breakfast every day.

The location is extraordinary, with the best valley view—especially at sunset. The breakfast was the absolute highlight, and thanks to Oskar for sharing the recipes! It feels like staying with friends, complete with authentic restaurant tips and everything else. If you want a wellness oasis in a plant paradise with a warm host, this is the place. We can only recommend it without reservation. The only thing we didn’t like was that the stay wasn’t longer.

I look back on our stay at Cefalù Forest Hideout with great pleasure. Truly an amazing location, great for exploring the surroundings and in the evenings in complete peace and privacy on the lovely terrace enjoying the sunset. Oskar is a fantastic host. The breakfast is delicious and an excellent start to the day. Thank you for the hospitality.

The house is beautiful, very pretty décor, clean, very well equipped. The breakfast area and the terrace are truly incredible places. Oskar, the owner, is involved in every detail. He makes you feel comfortable but not intrusive. Any question he’s super attentive to guide and advise you. Thanks Oskar for preparing breakfast for us every day, all very tasty! I liked everything about the property. You have to know it’s away from the center, at least 15 minutes climbing the mountain, on an asphalt road but with many curves. If you want to be close to the center, this place isn’t the one. On the contrary, if you don’t mind driving and would like to be in a beautiful, peaceful place surrounded by nature, this is it!
