The private bathroom was nice and clean, but my door key failed to work three times before I got it fixed.

The staff member Michalina was very friendly, but we needed invoices for our meals and breakfast, and she had already issued a receipt before payment and offered no way to change it, which is hard to believe since we could have asked for a different bill. We also asked to exclude cured meats from one breakfast set, but that option wasn’t available either.
