We were booked for 4 nights, after night 1, we informed them of the noise coming from the air conditioner (even when it’s switched off) so we couldn’t get good night’s rest. The technician arrived but the noise continued. We were given an option to move to another room for a night and be moved to another accommodation (which they would book) as they were going to be fully booked after a day. I asked how they chose who must be booked another accommodation as I am there and the other guests have not arrived. I would understand if there was no room but to be told that we will move you to another room and find you another place when the other guests arrive I felt was not fair and ruined what was meant to be a relaxed holiday. We opted to move same day so the we could enjoy the rest of our holiday without being shuffled around. The question that still remains with me is how they chose who must be inconvenienced and moved around and out of the place. It’s their place they choose which guest is important so I chose to leave peacefully to enjoy what was left of my needed holiday

The hotel is gorgeous, its views are stunning, and the spot in Campus Bay is superb.

The place is stunning, every detail is polished, the room layout, the terrace with the pool, and the lounge are all flawless. The owner is excellent and the staff are great too. The breakfast is made fresh, and the afternoon snack is always a treat. I hope to come back soon.
