The location is convenient and the common areas are clean and welcoming, but the room cleanliness and bedding have dropped compared to previous stays; the housekeeping should pay more attention. The check‑in/out process takes too long and needs improvement.

The staff and owner are nice, the service is good, and the directions are helpful. However, the room isn’t very clean: the bed, bathroom, floor, wardrobe, and old TV with flickering caused eye strain. The air‑conditioner and fridge are loud, disturbing sleep, and the noise from the floor above and outside is clear enough to hear conversations, making it hard to fall asleep unless you’re not tired.
