The relaxed atmosphere and the bungalow‑style accommodation with its terrace, plus the spectacular dinner.

The staff were super friendly, the hotel had a very chilled vibe, and the location was perfect. Some parts of the hotel need a bit of TLC. I also contacted the hotel beforehand about any extras we could add for a birthday we were celebrating. The response came across quite blunt and not very friendly. I understand not all hotels provide this service, but I felt first impressions of the hotel were ruined by the unfriendly responses to our requests. We didn't have to worry though, because when we got there the staff could not have been more helpful!
