The location is excellent with stunning views, a lovely pool area, and a relaxing vibe; the staff were friendly and the property overall comfortable and well maintained, though the rooms and some facilities feel a bit dated.

The accommodation was fantastic, the room huge and fully equipped, and waking up to the river view was a highlight. The checkout was chaotic: our final breakfast bill wasn’t added to the total, and the hotel called the taxi driver at least five times while we were heading to the next stop to collect the payment, offering to deduct it from the card details we had uploaded but refusing to do so; fortunately a local friend helped us sort it out.

The building was spotless, the staff super helpful and very friendly, and breakfast was excellent, abundant, and varied from sweet to savory. Nothing to add.

The river view and pool are nice, and the room is spacious. The only downside was that room service didn’t provide enough toilet paper.

The location is good, the Deluxe Room is clean, large, and the food and staff are courteous and friendly. The river‑facing deluxe room, though great and spacious, isn’t suitable for seniors or those with physical or knee issues because there are no lifts or shortcuts to the reception and dining areas; my wife with knee problems found it very uncomfortable, and I noticed many others struggled from reception to room and back. The management should take this seriously.
