Its close to where i frequent when i am there. The new management has basically ruined a really good hotel, i was charged 500p for an early check in which has never happened since 2019, i was told i had to pay for any additional toilet paper, i had to ask for my room to be made up and cleaned and in every prior time here they always did without asking, when they made the bed they didn’t even put the cover sheet on, they folded it and put it on the bed ,breakfast was very disappointing, last year in 2025 there were many foods and other items available and this time for 350p there were about 4 items. This used to be my go to hotel for my trips to Cebu but i was very disappointed this time around, so you lost a customer of 8 years. I will be looking for another hotel from now on. The staff has always been great and very friendly so i have no complaints about them

We stayed less than an hour and decided to cancel immediately; cleanliness and room condition were a total failure—thin sheets literally showed stains and a dirty mattress, the bathroom was a nightmare and we understood why there are no photos on the profile, and the view from the window was of neglected, trash‑filled surroundings. The only bright spot was the kind and helpful staff, but their friendliness can’t compensate for the lack of basic hygiene standards. I don’t recommend it.

There were many flaws, but the staff’s kindness was a bright spot; the room lacked a fridge and a hair‑dryer—basic items that should be provided—there were no free toiletries despite the listing, all the floor keys broke midway through our stay so we couldn’t get back to the room without a bellboy and the lifts stopped working, the auto‑lock key cover was reported broken yet they dismissed it, ants were crawling on the table like a nest, which was very unpleasant, and the overall impression didn’t match the photos.
