“Location 10/10, Hygiene 4/10”
I loved the location and the view from our room; the balcony and terrace were nice. The staff were very helpful and the food tasted good. The geyser was always available. It’s close to mall road but in a very calm area. Unfortunately, the facility and the room were poorly maintained and not hygienic. There was fungus on the walls and windows, and the room, balcony, and tables were dusty. With proper maintenance, this could have been an exceptional stay in Manali.
