“Déception”

The only bright spot was the food and a few nice staff. When we arrived, the receptionist refused to honor our booking made through Booking, turned against us, and didn’t help us find a solution even though our reservation was confirmed. Luckily another colleague assisted us. The exterior looked dated and poorly maintained. In the rooms we could hear all the hallway noise and even from neighboring rooms. The restaurant had a single buffet for all rooms and the table service was lacking. The food was tasty and the platters were generous, but the price matched other 4‑star hotels. In our view, this place doesn’t qualify as a 4‑star.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the hotel was clean with good facilities. It seemed far from many shops or other amenities.

I booked two double rooms but they gave me two rooms with a double bed plus a sofa bed, so I had to ask for a change. Aside from that, everything was fine, especially the spa and the buffet.

“Nada recomendable. NO ES UN HOTEL 4 estrellas”

Nothing really stood out. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

“Nefasta”

Nada. No lo recomendaría No es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni valió el dinero que pagamos, no llega ni a un hostal de 2. Todo está deteriorado y en mal estado. La limpieza, el mantenimiento, el personal y los estándares generales muy mal. En la habitación el secador no funciona, no hay nevera ni tendal en la terraza, éramos tres y la cama supletoria era un mini sofá de muelles imposible de descansar, la habitación era un desastre para un 4 estrellas, alguien tendría que revisar esto desde Turismo o Consumo. Los baños con las duchas sin puerta, llega el agua hasta la habitación y las puertas del baño destrozadas de salpicar agua de ducha
