I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s still a solid hideaway for a man of honest means. The spot is great – everything essential is within walking distance: Soi Bua, Soi Bangkot, Three Town and all the usual buzz in central Pattaya. Just a right‑hand corner, about 20 m away, is a superb herb shop with very reasonable prices. Across the street is a big 7‑11 where you can always grab something quick. The Big C is a 25‑baht ride by motorbike taxi. Cleaning is consistently good, with a fresh change of sheets every two days, new water and clean towels each time. The staff treat both locals and guests with excellent courtesy, so you’ll definitely bring your friends here. Pick the corner rooms on the higher floors (3 or 4) – the other rooms feel too cramped.
