The towels are the best! The hotel itself is nice, but the extra charge for sauna and hamam is annoying and unnecessary, especially when you’re paying 350+ euros per night and most people also spend money at the restaurant. The jacuzzi was cold, and the extra payment for sauna and hamam is unnecessary (it won’t make you rich) and it’s not a cheap hotel. We spent an extra 400 euros on a massage and the restaurant, so I think it should be included.

The view was great, but the staff were impolite, there was no client service, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

מיקום יפיפה, מלון מקסים, מפנק, נקי ונוח ארוחת בוקר מעולה. צוות נעים ורובו משתדל מאד. במשך שני לילות היה רעש בלילה. בלילה הראשון העניין טופל.בלילה השני נערכה מסיבה ב 2 לפנות בוקר באחד החדרים מבלי שהצוות טיפל בבעיה למרות שהיה מודע לרעש

The entrance was amazing, the food and cocktails were lovely, the spa was decent but could use a little upgrade, and the gift shop was great for gifts. The outdoor pool was dirty when we arrived, so we never used it, and some tiles were coming off inside the pool area.

The view and the staff are great. For a five‑star place, you’d expect a more refined kitchen. It’s a shame the indoor pool isn’t open 24 hours (the privatization system stops it at 18 h). The glasses at the bar are in poor condition, with limescale marks and scratches. The toilet door doesn’t stay closed. The bathtub and the vanity were not clean.
